Child Safety and Class Supervision
Online one-to-one teaching means an adult meets a child over video, and parents are right to ask how that is supervised. This page states exactly what we do — nothing more, nothing implied.
Online one-to-one teaching means an adult meets a child over video, and parents are right to ask how that is supervised. Here is exactly how it works at Learn Quran Global.
Teachers do not contact students privately. There is no personal WhatsApp, no social media contact, and no direct messaging between a teacher and a student outside the class itself. All communication runs through the academy. If a teacher needs to reach a family about scheduling or progress, it goes through us.
Classes are recorded under academy supervision. Recording is not something an individual teacher does on their own — it is an academy process, used to review teaching quality and track student progress. Access is limited to academy management, the assigned teacher, and the parent. Parents can request a recording of their own child's class at any time. Recordings are kept for the duration of the course and deleted when it ends.
Parents are welcome in any class. You do not need to ask permission or give notice. Some parents sit in on every lesson, particularly with younger children; others check in occasionally. Both are normal, and the teacher will not treat it as unusual.
Every teacher holds an Ijazah in Quran recitation, has prior teaching experience, and is fluent in English — the last matters because it means a parent can raise a concern and be understood clearly.
If something concerns you, contact the academy directly on our official number. Not the teacher — the academy. A concern about a class should never have to go through the person the concern is about.
Contact the academy if you have a question or a concern that isn't covered here.
Frequently asked questions
Is online Quran learning safe for my child?
Classes are recorded under academy supervision and reviewed for quality, teachers are not permitted to contact students privately outside class, and parents are welcome to sit in on any lesson without notice. Any concern goes directly to the academy on our official number rather than through the teacher.
Are classes recorded, and who can see the recordings?
Yes. Recording is an academy process used for quality assurance and progress tracking, not something an individual teacher controls. Access is limited to academy management, the assigned teacher, and the parent — and parents can request their own child's recordings at any time. Recordings are deleted at the end of the course.
Can I sit in on my child's class?
Yes, any class, without asking in advance. Many parents of younger children attend every lesson.
