Yes! We offer flexible scheduling. You can choose times that work best for you, and reschedule classes when needed with advance notice.

If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we'll reschedule your class at no extra charge. Please check our rescheduling policy for more details.

Yes. Every teacher is selected on three criteria: an Ijazah in Quran recitation, real teaching experience, and fluency in English. All of our current teachers are also Hafiz, having memorised the complete Quran. You can see each teacher's credentials on our About page.

Yes, after your trial class, you can request to continue with the same teacher if available. We try our best to match you with a teacher who suits your learning style.

Yes, we have both male and female teachers available. You can specify your preference when registering.

Yes! We offer a free trial class so you can experience our teaching quality before committing to a package.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for new subscriptions. Refunds are not available for partial months or unused classes after 7 days, and processing typically takes 5-10 business days.

Our support team is available to help with technical issues. If a class is interrupted due to technical problems on our end, we'll reschedule it at no cost.
